Nurse360 ("Nurse360", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who interacts with us — whether you're visiting our website, applying to join our staff pool, or engaging us for nursing or care services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

By using our website or providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

Who We Are

Nurse360 is operated by Nurse360 Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202646488H). Nurse360 is a service provider and does not hold an institutional healthcare licence; the nurses we deploy are individually licensed and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.

Personal Data We Collect

When you contact us

When you reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, and details of the care or coaching you're enquiring about. Our website's pricing enquiry and fee calculator tools help you compose this message but do not store any of it on our servers; the message is sent directly to us via WhatsApp.

When you apply to join our staff pool

Our Careers application form collects your full name, email address, phone number, SNB registration number (where applicable), years of experience, availability, and any message you choose to add. This is stored securely and used solely to assess your application.

If you engage us for nursing or care services

Should you or your family engage Nurse360 for services, we and your assigned nurse(s) will collect further personal and health information directly from you or your authorised representative, as needed to plan and safely deliver your care. This may include medical history, current health conditions, medications, care preferences, and emergency or next-of-kin contact details. Where our clinical documentation standards call for it (for example, tracking a wound's healing progress), this may include clinical photographs — taken, used, and shared solely for the purpose of your care record with those directly involved in delivering or overseeing your care.

Automatically, when you browse our website

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on them, general location (such as country or city), device and browser type, and how visitors arrived at our site (such as via search or social media). This helps us understand, in aggregate, whether interest in a given page is coming from individual and family enquirers or from corporate and institutional visitors, so we can improve our website and how we present our services. This data is collected using cookies and similar technologies and does not identify you personally.

3

How We Use Your Personal Data

We use personal data to: respond to your enquiries; assess job applications; plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing and care services; maintain accurate care and clinical records; understand and improve how our website and services are used; and meet our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

4

Consent

By submitting a form on our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy. Where we wish to use your data for a new purpose not covered here, we will seek your consent beforehand. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 9), though this may affect our ability to process your enquiry, application, or provide services to you.

5

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our website and business, such as Supabase (secure database hosting for job applications) and Google Analytics (website analytics);
  • The nurse(s) or care professionals directly involved in delivering your care;
  • Other healthcare providers involved in your care, but only where necessary and with your consent;
  • Government authorities and regulators, where required by law; and
  • Professional advisors (e.g. our accountant or lawyer), where necessary for our business operations.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, which governs how WhatsApp itself handles your message data.

6

Where Your Data Is Stored

Some of our service providers, including Supabase and Google Analytics, may store or process data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

7

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure — including restricted access controls on our systems and encrypted data transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data to the best of our ability.

8

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law:

  • Job applications are retained for up to 12 months from submission if you are not engaged, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to retain them for future opportunities.
  • Care and clinical records are retained for as long as necessary to support continuity of your care and to meet our legal and professional obligations, after which they are securely destroyed or anonymised.
  • Website analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's data retention settings.
9

Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data; and
  • Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nurse360.sg (Attn: Data Protection Officer). We will respond within a reasonable time.

10

Marketing Communications

We will not send you marketing messages, calls, or texts unless you have given us clear consent to do so, and you may withdraw that consent, and be added to our internal Do Not Contact list, at any time by telling us. Messages relating to your ongoing enquiry, application, or care arrangements are not marketing and are not affected by this section.

11

Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for use by adults. Where care is being arranged for a child, we expect this to be done by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of any information provided to us on the child's behalf.

12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
