Wound Dressing & Wound Care at Home in Singapore

Regular wound dressing can mean repeated trips to a clinic or polyclinic, which is hard for someone who is recovering, frail or has limited mobility. Nurse360's SNB-registered nurses attend your home to assess the wound, perform the dressing using aseptic technique and document progress so the care team can follow it.

For emergencies, call 995.

FAQ

Wound Dressing & Wound Care — common questions

How often wound dressing is needed at home is set by your doctor or the wound care plan from the hospital or clinic, and can range from daily to a few times a week depending on the wound. Our nurse follows that plan and will tell you if the wound looks different from what is expected.

Nurse360 provides nursing care, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If a wound has spreading redness, pus, worsening pain or a bad smell, or the patient has a fever, please see a doctor promptly. For severe bleeding or an emergency, call 995.

A doctor's memo is helpful but not required for wound dressing at home. A memo or discharge summary tells the Nurse360 nurse the dressing plan and any precautions; if you do not have one, message us and we will advise what to prepare.

For wound dressing at home, a nurse visit is $60 during office hours or $100 after hours or on public holidays. Simple wound dressing is $30 and complex wound dressing is $100, plus consumables of $50 per every 2 procedures in a visit. Estimates only — final pricing is confirmed after assessment.
