Course Overview

This module covers site care and feed administration for patients with a PEG tube, a longer-term enteral feeding option requiring specific stoma and hygiene management.

• Perform correct PEG site assessment and care
• Administer feeds safely via PEG
• Identify signs of stoma infection or complications early
• Support patient comfort and skin integrity around the site

Certification

Participants who complete the module and pass the practical competency assessment receive a Nurse360 Certificate of Competency in PEG Care.
